Monica Hadley, Creator of Belle Aroma®

 Belle Aroma® came into being through the creative vision of Monica Hadley—multi-entrepreneur, accountant, mother, and aromatherapy enthusiast. 

Monica is the co-founder & CFO of AERON Lifestyle Technologies, Inc., a home & travel fragrance and aromatherapy product company that created the first 12-Volt Car Fragrance Diffuser. Monica founded AERON in the late 1990s and the company has been doing business in the fragrance product market ever since.

As AERON became an established company in the fragrance product world, Monica noticed one of the key complaints from aromatherapy and home fragrance customers was that they couldn’t find products that were the right style (products that fit their home decor) that actually did what they needed them to do (keep their homes fresh).

Upon further research, she discovered the current market offered either stylish products that didn’t work well or last very long—producing more waste than necessary—or products that worked well but didn’t match her customers’ home decor styles. Monica believed she could create a product line that combined style with functionality and decrease product waste at the same time. 

Thus, the Belle Aroma® brand was born. In 2016, Monica and her team launched the first line of Belle Aroma® products.

By combining modern, elegant styles with innovative product engineering, and offering both popular and unique fragrance options, Belle Aroma® provides the bridge between home decor and home freshening.
